It is taking place in Jumeirah 1 Open beach, Kite beach and Sunset Beach where you can experience a festival like atmosphere with arts and crafts, jugglers and face painting as well as communal dining on picnic tables. The Beach Canteen is open every day from 10 AM until 10 PM, from Feb 25th till 12th of march.
