FACILITIES

INL offers several points of difference when it comes to the storage and handling of customers’ goods. We have 20,000m2 of high bay multi-temperature chill, frozen and dry, fully automated storage at a height of 29 metres, as well as a 20,000m2 dry +200 storage area holding 35,000 pallet positions at a height of 22m.

SERVICES

Integrated National Logistics offers services in: warehousing and on-site logistics management, distribution and transportation, container haulage, freight forwarding, as well as value-added services such as logistics outsourcing; logistics improvement consulting, and an international procurement centre.

STRATEGIC LOCATION

INL is based in Dubai World Central (DWC). DWC takes advantage of Jebel Ali Port and seamlessly connects it to Al Maktoum International Airport through the dedicated Dubai Logistics Corridor. This forms a single custom-bonded zone, reducing time on the ground and accelerating the flow of cargo.

INFORMATION SYSTEMS

INL has implemented the latest in warehousing technology with flexible customised solutions, enabling Fully Mission Capable (FMC) standards. Our own In-Transit Visibility information system provides our supply chain partners with full visibility of their shipment pick-up, on-transit status and warehousing, until final delivery.

ACKING & MHE

Schaefer pallet racking in the dry warehouse: 32,000 pallet positions, Stor-mat Systems for automated storage areas: 40,000 pallet positions, Jungheinrich Forklifts in dry warehouse and Unitechnik automated solution conveyor and cranes. NTDE has more than 800 delivery vehicles available for our use, but we plan on buying a fleet of 40-foot reefer vehicles.

INVESTMENTS

With a total investment of US$85 million, INL is constructing a new Central Distribution and Logistics Centre – the largest single-site warehousing complex in Dubai World Central.
